G20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the g20 platform by all registered users or those accessing our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the g20 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the g20 platform. Continued use after any update to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g20 as the platform operator. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian law.

Account Creation & User Security

Registration Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use g20's services.
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information may result in account termination without notice.
G20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and security purposes.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
G20 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. Report immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the g20 platform agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services:

Permitted Use

Using the platform for lawful entertainment and betting purposes.
Deposits and withdrawals are made through approved payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Contacting the support team for legitimate account-related assistance.
Accessing the platform using your own legitimate personal device.

Strict Prohibitions

The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
Any activity that could damage, disrupt, or compromise the security of the system is strictly prohibited.
Sharing your account or allowing others to access it is strictly prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

MYR Payment & Transaction Policy

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the g20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept a variety of payment methods, including local e-wallets, FPX online banking, and approved debit or credit cards.

Deposits are typically processed within minutes. However, g20 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with our internal verification procedures, and processing times vary depending on the chosen method.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and match the name of the g20 account holder. g20 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals that cannot be verified for security reasons.

Unauthorised Transactions

Any attempt to manipulate the payment system — including fraudulent chargebacks, fraud, or the use of unauthorised payment methods — will result in immediate account termination. g20 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action in such cases.

Promotions & Bonuses

Any promotions, bonuses, or special offers provided by g20 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion. g20 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

G20 Liability Limits

The g20 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, g20 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

G20 is not liable for any betting or game outcomes disputed by users where the bet terms were validly accepted prior to the start of the game.

Account Suspension & Closure

G20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:

A breach of these terms and conditions has occurred.
Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
User provided false information during registration.
A court order or directive from a relevant authority has been issued.
Account inactive beyond the period specified under g20's internal policy.

Intellectual Property, External Links & Amendments

Intellectual Property

All content on the g20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of g20 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The g20 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. g20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments and Governing Law

G20 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
